Personnel statistics
At the end of 2024, Hansel employed 142 people. A total of 14 new employment contracts were signed. These indicators provide more information about us, including our educational background and our participation in training in 2024.

Hybrid work has become commonplace, and more and more Hansel employees may now live so far away from the office that working from home is their main approach.
Jarkko and Tapio made their dreams come true
Flexible working life offers the opportunity to combine work with your non-professional life according to your own wishes and needs. In Hansel, this can mean combining two jobs working on a part-time basis, or taking a longer leave, for example.
Training on working life and coping skills
In 2024, we invested in developing our employees’ working life and coping skills to ensure that they are well equipped to face today’s challenges at work.
The Project Academy responded to the employees’ training requests
In 2024, we arranged a comprehensive project skills training package in cooperation with Aalto University Executive Education. The training topics were selected on the basis of an employee survey.
Hansel’s collective agreement and remuneration scheme
The collective agreement for Hansel employees is between Hansel and the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN. Negotiations on a new collective agreement started at the end of 2024.
The Hansel Club brings people together
Events of the Hansel Club offered the opportunity to relax, meet new people and develop the team spirit. Both traditional and new activities were arranged during the year. The very first Hansel band was also founded.
