The Hansel Club brings people together
In 2024, the Hansel Club offered our employees a wide range of recreational activities and time together. Events of the Hansel Club offered the opportunity to relax, meet new people and develop the team spirit. Both traditional and new activities were arranged during the year. The very first Hansel band was also founded at the beginning of the year. Floorball and yoga were offered for exercise lovers.
The employees spent a summer day in the beautiful seaside scenery of Hotel Sofia in Kallahti. During the autumn evenings of fading light, we enjoyed a mystery film at Gilda Cinema and the splendour of the musical Moulin Rouge. Creative skills came to the fore during a ceramics evening and a painting workshop, which resulted in stunning works of art.
One of the main events of the year was a Christmas party at Restaurant Haikaranpesä. The attendees admired the spectacular scenery and enjoyed a Christmas buffet, topped off with a cake buffet. The theme naturally was disco, reminiscent of the venue’s famous disco nights in the 1980s.
After-work events organised by the HR team were also praised, as they provided an opportunity to get to know new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. An after-work event was arranged in connection with both induction days.
The Hansel Club will continue to enrich the daily lives of our employees by providing a variety of memorable experiences that boost both well-being at work and team spirit. The events are arranged by the employees themselves in separately selected working groups. In 2025, the focus will be on improving the organisation of the club’s activities.
